Restaurant Krinsen has good classical Danish cuisine but also a French inspired á la carte menu. We always serve the freshest local produce e.g. freshly fish from the sound, lamb from Hjortø, mushrooms from the woods of Hvidkilde estate and freshly dug-up aspargus from Svanninge.
Hotel Svendborg is well-known for it's many parties and functions. See e.g. castle functions in the menu to the left. Our function department is very varied - from small business dinners to large company parties, weddings and jubilees with up to 200 people.
We offer functions for an entire evening from DKK 512,00 per person. Of course, it is possible to put together a function entirely according to your needs and wishes. Below you can download our function brochure in pdf. format .
Children under twelve years of age are half price, or we can offer a special children's meny. Children under four years of age are free.
The host and hostess of a private function are offered free accommodation in a double room. Should you wish the wedding suite, a charge of DKK 500,00 per night will be made..
