Sans & Samling is a temple of food, where only quality and creativity sets the agenda. They describe themselvs this way:

We are six chefs, and we are happy chefs, all of us with a bit of fat on the stomach, wich is actually odd, as our kitchen is a kitchen in movement. We are always on the advance, playing, falling over and hurting ourselvs, but we help each other up again. We respect each other, ourselvs and most importantly, we respect the raw materials and the season. We love to cook, and we especially love to make new creations.
