A la Carte cards will be served in the period between 7 p.m. 18.00 - 21.30

Steaks dry aged
Dry aged means that the fiber of the meat are degraded by the meats own enzymes. The water in the meat disappears and the meat becomes extremely tender.
All steaks are from Danish cattle and is served with optional potato, garnish and sauce
French fries, baked potato or pommes anna
Todays salad, grilled vegetables or mushrooms of season
Whisky sauce, pepper sauce, sauce béarnaise
Main course and burgers
All burgers are made with delicious organic brioche roll from our local bakery and lettuce. Add-ons are bacon and cheese.
With chopped beef, pickled red onion and cucumber, tomato, smoked BBQ sauce and homemade mayo.
Burger with grilled chicken
With red onion, tomato, salsa and homemade mayo.
Burger of dry-aged chopped beef
With tomato, onion marmalade and truffle mayo.
